This November, we're joining churches across the country to pack and collect shoeboxes filled with gifts for children around the world.
There are lots of ways to get involved, pack a box, come to our packing party, give towards a box or volunteer during Collection Week.
PACK A SHOEBOX
Packing a shoebox is simple, choose an age group, fill a box with fun and useful gifts, and bring it to St John's during Collection Week.
Good things to include:
🧸 Something to play with
Toys, games, balls, dolls, cars, puzzles
✏️ Something for school
Pens, pencils, notebooks, colouring pencils, sharpeners
🧼 Something practical
Toothbrushes, hairbrushes, flannels, socks, hats and other personal items
✨ Something special
Add a "wow" gift, something exciting that the child will love opening.

Can't pack a whole box?
You can still help!
We're collecting donations to help us buy items and fill shoeboxes on behalf of people who would like to give but don't have the time to shop and pack a box themselves.
Every donation will help us send more boxes.

PACKING PARTY
Saturday 14 November
Come and pack shoeboxes with us at St John's Upper Holloway!
We'll provide the boxes and supplies, just come along, bring a friend and get involved.

COLLECTION WEEK
9–16 November
We'll be receiving Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes at St John's throughout Collection Week.
Could you give just two hours to help us?

🙏 Pray for the boxes and the children who will receive them
🎄 Invite visitors to our Christmas events
You'll never be on your own.
We're looking for people who can help 12–2pm or 5:30–7:30pm.
